SINGLE ORIGIN

Veracruz, Mexico

Veracruz, often called the “capital of coffee,” is Mexico's second-largest coffee-producing state. Located in the southeast along the Gulf of Mexico, this coastal region served as the entry point for coffee in the 18th century, when the first plants arrived from the Caribbean and began spreading across the country.

Specialty Coffee

Located at an altitude of 1,200 to 1,600 meters above sea level, Veracruz provides ideal conditions for cultivating Arabica coffee. The region features a warm, semi-humid climate and receives an average annual rainfall of 2,141 mm, perfect for supporting coffee growth.

FLAVOR PROFILE

Milk chocolate, orange, pecan, brown sugar, fig

The Mountain Water decaf process is completely chemical-free, removing approximately 99% of the caffeine while maintaining the coffee's original flavor and sensory profile.
