What is the minimum order quantity for private label coffee?

At Escondido, we do not have a minimum order quantity for coffee packaging. However, the printer does have MOQs for the printing of the bags, the MOQs are listed below:

  • Flat bottom bag: 1,000 units
  • Stand up pouch: 1,000 units
  • Side gusset: 500 units
  • Flat pouch: 1,000 units

Can I choose the type of coffee beans and roast profile for my private label?

Yes, you can choose one of our coffees we have available. You can schedule your cupping session here.

How long does it take to produce and deliver private label coffee?

Once you have your design ready and have decided on the coffee blend to use, the printer takes 20-25 days to produce the bags. Shipping to our warehouse in Miami takes about 5 days and we at Escondido, depending on your order, can take 3 to 5 days to pack your coffee. Our total estimated time is 30-35 days.

Do you offer design services for custom packaging, or do I need to provide my own?

Unfortunately we do not offer design services directly from Escondido. But we do know several reliable designers who will do an excellent job with your bag design.

Can I use my own logo and branding for the coffee bags?

Yes. Both the design of your bags and the coffee are totally up to you.

Do you provide samples before I commit to a full order?

Yes. The printer provides up to 5 different sample bag designs for $15 and we at Escondido provide samples of the selected coffee completely free of charge.

Are there additional costs for packaging, labeling, or shipping?

There is no additional cost for packaging and labeling. You can order your coffee whole bean or ground at the same price. As for shipping, we offer free delivery to Miami Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
